When you see things, the image of objects is first caught by your eyes, reflected on your retinas, sent to your brain through optic nerves, and then recognized as an image there.

It is instant when the object is static but it takes generally 0.5 to 0.6 seconds when it is moving. Shorter “delay of perception” you have, quicker reflects and timing you can get. In this sense, Sports Vision is ‘The Trigger’ to level up your performance.

Hand-eye coordination is the ability of the vision system to coordinate the information received through the eyes to control, guide, and direct the hands in the accomplishment of a given task, such as handwriting or catching a ball.
